Free Worldwide Shipping

Recovie™ offers free shipping on all orders to over 160 countries worldwide. There is no minimum purchase required. Whether you are ordering from the United States, Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, your order ships at no additional cost to you.

We use multiple trusted couriers depending on your region to ensure reliable and timely delivery. The specific carrier assigned to your order will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak periods such as holidays, promotional events, or high-demand seasons, processing times may extend up to 6 business days. We appreciate your patience during these times and will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date your order ships, not from the date it is placed. Actual delivery may vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier capacity.

All shipping is free regardless of destination. Delivery estimates above do not include processing time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving the tracking email for the carrier's system to update with scan information.

If you have not received a tracking number within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at support@recovie.com and we will investigate immediately.

Changing Your Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been handed off to the carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

To request an address change, email support@recovie.com with your order number and the updated address. We will confirm whether the change can be made.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they have shipped. Once a package has been dispatched, it cannot be recalled or redirected by our team.

To cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@recovie.com with your order number and the requested change. If the order has already shipped, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Shipping Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

       Customs inspections or import processing (international orders)

       Severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events

       Carrier logistics disruptions or capacity constraints

       High-volume shipping periods (holidays, promotional events)

 

Recovie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities. If your delivery is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@recovie.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

When reporting a damaged delivery, please include the following so we can resolve the issue quickly:

       Your order number

       Photos of the damaged product and outer packaging

       A brief description of the damage
