We believe you will feel the difference from your very first session. But if Recovie is not the right fit for you, we want the return process to be as simple and stress-free as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• Your return request must be made within 90 days of the delivery date.
• The product must be returned to us.
• Original packaging is preferred but not required.
• The product should be in reasonable condition, allowing us to inspect it.
How to Initiate a Return
Returning your Recovie is straightforward. Simply follow these steps:
1. Contact us at support@recovie.com to request a return. Include your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization, the return address, and shipping instructions.
3. Ship the product back using the instructions provided.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed.
Important: Please do not return any product without first contacting us. We cannot guarantee processing your refund if you return a product without prior authorization.
Refund Processing
Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 7 business days after we receive the product for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your Recovie for a different product or variant, please contact us at support@recovie.com with your order number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your Recovie arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@recovie.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage along with your order number so we can resolve your case quickly.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Warranty Claims
Every Recovie 3-in-1 Leg Massager includes a standard warranty with your purchase. An extended 10-year warranty is also available as an add-on.
For warranty claims, contact us at support@recovie.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Digital products and downloadable content.
• Gift cards.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please try the following:
1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.

Shipping Costs for Returns
